Living in a world where sin is rampant, and every day there is news of murder, terrorists, abuse of every kind, drug trafficking, etc., it was wonderful to read an article that brought a ray of sunshine.

I’m referring to the article about Emily Beaulieu, a 7-year-old girl who has a dream of helping children who have lost homes due to fires, and allowing them to have toys and bring hope and joy to those who have lost so much.

Beaulieu is a selfless little girl, who thinks more of other children than herself. It reminds me of what Jesus did for Christians.

I thank Emily for her selfless giving.
