LEWISTON – Adam Cote of Sanford, who served with the Maine Army National Guard in Operation Iraqi Freedom, visits Bates College to offer a firsthand account of his time in Iraq. It will be held at 7 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 26, in the Keck Classroom (G52), Pettengill Hall, 4 Andrews Road.
Now an attorney at the Portland law firm Pierce Atwood LLP, Cote served in Mosul. At Bates, he will discuss his experiences in Iraq and the administration’s conduct of the war, and will promote Democratic candidates in the upcoming elections.
