Project Management will cover problem solving, work breakdown structure, forecasting, scheduling and contingency planning. It will be held from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Nov. 2 and 9. Cost is $260, which includes materials. Facilitator is Jim Milliken. Course No. CCS 021-01

Conflict Management will help develop skills for dealing with interpersonal relationships and conflicts in the workplace. It will be held from 1 to 4 p.m. Nov. 7 and 14. Cost is $135, including materials. Facilitator is Julie Zink. Course No. CCS 063-01.

Time Management: Take Control of Your Time will cover goal-setting and objectives , time-saving tips for various situations. It will be held from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Nov. 16. Cost is $105, including materials. Facilitator is Debra Mattson. Course No. CCS 019-01.
