Lawmaking and setting policy is about discussion and compromise. A good senator advocates for his constituents and works toward compromise, not always pleasing all, but respecting all. A poor senator skips votes and leaves his people unrepresented.

I have known Randall Greenwood for many years, and know he is hardworking and committed. He has business experience from running a farm and two small-businesses. Most important, he works toward solutions as a Wales selectman.

His opponent announced while running for Congress he did all he could do for Maine in Augusta. If that’s true, why is he still there? He is part of the problem, not part of the solution.

I support Greenwood because he will work for the public 100 percent of the time. His hard work will lead Maine in the right direction. I will be voting for Randall Greenwood for Maine Senate District 17.
