RUMFORD – Bill and Patty Penley of Scarborough are announcing the engagement of their daughter, Tricia Penley, to Rick Dunton, son of Bill and Mary Dunton of Rumford Point.

Miss Penley is a 2006 graduate of the University of Maine and is currently completing a dietetic internship at the University of New Hampshire.

Mr. Dunton is a 2006 graduate of the University of Maine and is employed as a civil engineer at Main-Land Development Consultants Inc. in Livermore Falls.

A September wedding is planned.
