RUMFORD – The River Valley Technology Center, Growth Council and Chamber of Commerce are offering an informational seminar from the lunch and learn series. The topic for November is the “River Valley Growth Council and River Valley Chamber of Commerce.”

The fifth seminar in the six month series will run from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Nov. 15 at the River Valley Technology Center, 60 Lowell St. The cost is $10 and includes lunch. River Valley Chamber of Commerce members pay $8. Pre-payment is required; there will be no refunds issued. Presenting will be Rosie Bradley, executive director of the Growth Council, and Cheryl Dickson, president of the Chamber of Commerce.
