LEWISTON – Tri-County Mental Health Services announces staff expansions to help increase access to services and reduce or eliminate waiting lists for services.

Jolene Lovejoy of Rumford has joined the board of directors. Lovejoy is a longtime Rumford selectman, past president of the Maine Municipal Association, and a volunteer in business and service organizations.

C. William Shine is director of finance. Shine is originally from England and is a fellow chartered accountant. He also holds a master’s in business administration from Fairleigh Dickinson University in New Jersey. Previously, he was senior financial analyst with Intermed in South Portland.

Susan Spear, MS, OTR/L, has more than 20 years of experience practicing occupational therapy in mental health settings including McLean Hospital, community based private practice, and most recently at Maine Medical Center.

Mary-Rita Reinhard is operations manager for Androscoggin County. Reinhard has extensive experience in process improvement and performance management. Most recently she was director of operations at Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Maine.

Linda MacDougall, NP, is a nurse practitioner certified in family mental health and specializing in children’s services She is a graduate of Northeastern University with a master’s degree in mental health. Most recently she was a clinical nurse specialist with Sweetser.
