WATERVILLE – Connie Coggins was appointed president and chief executive officer of HealthReach Community Health Centers at the Oct. 25 governing board of directors meeting.

Coggins had served as the acting president/CEO for the organization for the past several months.

HealthReach Community Health Centers are located in central and western Maine, providing health care to 36,000 rural and underserved residents in more than 80 communities.
