WINTHROP – ERA Webb Associates of Winthrop announces that Kathy Lee Cook has joined the Winthrop office. Cook previously worked for Maplewood Homes. She began selling manufactured homes full time and became the sales manager in September 1997. She has been a top seller of Pine Grove Homes.

Cook moved to Fayette on Lovejoy Pond in August 2005.
