OTISFIELD – The Scholarship Awards Committee of the East Otisfield Free Baptist Church recently met to consider the applications for the scholarship.

Those chosen to receive scholarships this year are Elizabeth Dyer, daughter of Garry and Deborah Dyer, attending Franklin Pierce College in New Hampshire, and Darcy Herrick, daughter of Douglas and Kathy Herrick, attending Maine Maritime Academy at Castine.

Both will receive a scholarship of $1,500.

Those on the Scholarship Awards Committee for the East Otisfield Free Baptist Church are Marian Culbert, Ann Watson, Vicki Rogers, Gordon Peaco and the Rev. Gertrude DeCoteau.
