DETROIT (AP) – In a Nov. 21 story about safe vehicles, The Associated Press reported that imported models took all 13 spots on the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety’s safest vehicle list.

The story should have specified that six of the foreign brands are built in the United States, including the Subaru Legacy and B9 Tribeca, the Mercedes M-class, Acura RDX, Honda Pilot, and Honda CR-V.
