LEWISTON – The Lewiston Rec Grade School Basketball League got under way this week.

There are 10 teams in the Boys Division, as follows: McMahon Black, Longley Mustangs, Farwell, Martel Dark Green, Martel Light Green, Montello Red, Montello Blue, Pettingill Panthers, McMahon Gold, Trinity Catholic. Next week’s schedule: Monday, 3:30, Trinity vs McMahon Black; 4:15, Pettingill vs Farwell; Tuesday, 3:30, Martel Light Green vs Montello Blue; 4:15, Montello Red vs Martel Dark Green; Wednesday, 3:30, Longley vs McMahon Gold.

Six teams comprise the Girls Division, as follows: Martel, McMahon, Montello, Pettingill, Trinity Blue, Trinity White. Next week’s schedule: Wednesday, 4:15, Martel vs Montello; Thursday, 3:30, Trinity White vs McMahon; 4:15, Pettingill vs Trinity Blue.
