AUBURN – Florence B. Leveille, 95, a resident of 440 Minot Ave., died Sunday, Dec. 3, at Clover Health Care Facility, after a long illness.
She was born in Lewiston, April 11, 1911, the daughter of Adolphe and Louisa (Boulay) Beliveau. She married Henri Leveille Jan. 20, 1930. During World War II, she worked as a welder at Bath Iron Works and was very proud of her work. After the war, she worked as a seamstress for many years for Lebel’s Bridal Salon.
While living in Lewiston, she was a parishioner of Holy Cross Church. She will always be remembered as always caring for her family, whom she loved very much. She will be greatly missed.
Survivors include one daughter, Lizette Leveille of Lewiston; one daughter-in-law, Therese Caron Leveille of Lewiston; one sister, Fernande Charest of Lewiston; one grandson, Michael Leveille, and his wife, Julie, of Lewiston; and two great-grandchildren, Matthew and Jessica Leveille.
Besides her husband, Henri and her son, Raymond, she was predeceased by four brothers; and two sisters.
