Lisbon – Ryan D. Moore, 17, of Auburn, died on Saturday, Dec. 2, as a result of an automobile accident.
Ryan was born on Oct. 11, 1989, the son of Dale A. Jr. and Deborah L. (Fortier) St. Pierre. Ryan was in the 11th grade at Calvary Christian Academy. He attended Calvary Baptist Church, was a basketball starter, ran cross-country and was always very fond of his teammates. Ryan was very involved at the youth group at his church, as well as the bus ministry, and junior church.
Ryan was always known to look for ways to help others and loved everybody. He always looked for and found good in everyone. Ryan was particularly fond of his Uncle C.J. and his Uncle and Aunt Keith and Tammi. He enjoyed all sports, including snowmobiling, NASCAR – especially Jeff Gordon, and was a huge New England sports fan. However, he particularly enjoyed embarrassing his mother in Wal-Mart.
Ryan was known for being a hard worker and worked at Clark’s Farm Stand in Turner baling hay. He also worked at Roy’s Driving Range in Auburn.
Ryan is survived by his parents; sisters, Sierra Moore of Lisbon, Deanna St. Pierre of Auburn and Ashley Moore of Lewiston; brother, Ronnie Jr. of Auburn; niece, Autumn; grandparents, Judy and Charles Farnum of Lisbon Falls, Paul Fortier of Lisbon, Dale Sr. and Phyllis Moore of Lisbon Falls and William and Justine Gardner of Carmel; great-grandfather, Elmer Moore of Lisbon Falls; aunts and uncles, Jeff and Donna Moore, Lucas Gardner, Lisa Fortier, Chuckie Fortier; and several other aunts, uncles and cousins. Ryan also looked up to Pastor Christner and youth Pastor Weeks.
