• Brian Foss, 25, Oxford, failure to register as a sex offender, $250 bail, Dec. 5, Oxford Police Department.

• Brian A. Morin, 23, Lewiston, failure to comply with sex offender registry, $1,000 cash or $5,000 real estate bail, Dec. 5, transported from the Androscoggin County Sheriff’s Office.

• Dana S. McKeen, 21, Canton, Rumford District Court warrant for failure to appear on charges of operating under the influence, $500 bail, Dec. 4, Oxford County Sheriff’s Office.

• Katherine M. Hatch, 22, Paris, warrant for failure to appear for operating with suspended registration, $100 bail, Dec. 4, Paris Police Department.
