FARMINGTON – Kathryn Cook, RN, has been named the admissions director at Sandy River Center for Healthcare and Rehabilitation in Farmington.

Cook received her nursing education at Excelsior College in Albany, N.Y., and is an experienced rehabilitation nurse. A former rehab nurse at New England Rehabilitation Hospital in Portland, Cook came to Sandy River from a position as a rehabilitation nurse at Central Maine Medical Center in Lewiston. She will be responsible for admissions and marketing at Sandy River Center, which is part of Sandy River Health System.
