PORTLAND – Kris R. Pease has been promoted to assistant vice president in the finance department at TD Banknorth Inc. in Portland. A financial analyst, he will continue to be responsible for corporate planning and forecasting.

Pease joined TD Banknorth in 2005, and previously served in finance at IDEXX Laboratories in Westbrook.

A Westbrook resident, Pease is a 2002 graduate of the University of Southern Maine. He is a Wayne native and a 1996 graduate of Maranacook High School.
