PARIS – The Paris Public Library now offers the community a space for exchanging paperback books.
Just inside the entrance of the Jeannette Merrill Soule addition, the library has acquired shelving to serve as a space for swapping mass market paperback books.
The shelves will also be supplemented with donated paperbacks that duplicate titles already in the collection. The books are free to borrow and have no due date. Library cards are not necessary.
People may borrow books from the exchange and return them at their convenience; they may also drop off books they no longer want. For more information, call the Paris Public Library at 743-6994 or e-mail paris.public.library@MSLN.net.
