• Dec. 2, 12:12 p.m. – A laptop, safe, multiple DVDs, 200 compact discs, and $200 worth of change were reported stolen from a South Rumford Road home during a burglary and theft believed to have occurred from 9 p.m. Dec. 1 to 12:12 p.m. Dec. 2. Entry was not forced. It remains under investigation.

• Nov. 27, 8:45 a.m. – Approximately $700 worth of copper was reported stolen from the Brookfield Power Co. building on South Rumford Road. Police believe the break-in and theft happened sometime between 5 p.m. Nov. 17 and 8:45 a.m. Nov. 27. It remains under investigation as of Dec. 5.

Arrests

RUMFORD – Unless otherwise noted, the following will be arraigned on Feb. 6 in Rumford District Court:

• Dorothy (Spaulding) Pace, 53, Mexico, domestic assault, 9:59 a.m. Dec. 22 on Penobscot Street. She was released on $100 cash bail.

• Jeffrey Fuller, 20, Peru, operating without a license, 1:15 a.m. Dec. 22 on Bridge Street. He was released on bail.
