LEWISTON – The Senior College “Food for Thought” luncheon program series at USM/Lewiston-Auburn on Friday, Jan. 12, will present an informational talk on the expansion plan of the Lewiston campus.

Nancy Whitehouse, curriculum technology coordinator and chairwoman of the Expansion Committee, will speak on the expansion under way and history of the facility, and she will illustrate with slides the present construction as well as future plans. She will also discuss the Androscoggin for ME initiative and the Learning Works plans to complement it.

Whitehouse has master’s degrees in business administration and business education and received the 2006 Distinguished Professional Staff Award at USM/Lewiston-Auburn.

The presentation will be held in the Function Room 170 beginning at noon. The cost, which includes lunch, is $6 with advance reservation or $8 at the door, opening at 11:30 a.m. Reservations should be made by noon Thursday, Jan. 11, by phone at 753-6510 or online at usm.maine.edu/lac.
