LEWISTON – Ste. Croix Regional Federal Credit Union has donated $1,000 to the Franco-American Heritage Center.
The center is committed to preserving and promoting all aspects of the Franco-American heritage, including the culture, history and language. The center’s mission is to preserve St. Mary’s Church and celebrate the community’s French culture.
Laurent F. Gilbert, chairman of the board of the Franco-American Heritage Center, accepted the donation from Vicki L. Stuart, CEO of Ste. Croix.
Ste. Croix Regional Federal Credit Union, 1000 Lisbon St., has served its members for 56 years and participates in and supports organizations in the community throughout the year. The credit union serves members who live or work in Androscoggin County.
