FARMINGTON – The following arrest was recorded recently at the Franklin County jail:

Phillip Rose, 30, of Farmington, was arrested on Jan. 14 by Farmington police on a charge of violating the conditions of release. He was released on Jan. 20 on $250 cash bail.
