JAY – The winner of the recent ice fishing trap raffle to benefit the Town of Jay Clock Fund was Nick Pineau of Jay. The ice fishing set was handmade by Bernard Boivin of Jay and included five traps and a custom-made wooden case.

The next town raffle being is for a local business basket. The basket contains miscellaneous products and gift certificates donated by local businesses.

Donations have been provided by Subway, McDonald’s, Movie Gallery, Ski Depot, Flower Barn, LaFleur’s, House of Pizza, My Dad’s Place, Riverside Quick Stop, Franchetti’s, C.N. Brown, Rob’s Fly Shop, Foxfire Glass Studio and residents Bernard Boivin, Jill Ferland and Rhonda Irish.

Tickets are available at the Town Office. Prices are one for $3 or three for $5. All proceeds will benefit the clock fund. The basket winner will be drawn on Friday, March 30.
