The Franco American War Veterans Post 31 of Lewiston recently gave scholarships to three individuals: Nicole Bussiere, David Moreau and Kevin Levesque. Following the ceremony, a light lunch was served. Thirty VFW and Auxiliary members were present. From the left are Maurice Dutil, Scholarship Committee chairman; Armand Bussiere, who received the check for his granddaughter, Nicole; Kevin Levesque; Leandre Buteau, who received the check for his grandson, David; and Post Commander Willie Danforth.
