LEWISTON – United Way of Androscoggin County and the TOPS program is inviting Lewiston residents to attend the TOPS camp fair from 5 to 7 p.m. Monday, Feb. 12, at the Lewiston Multi-Purpose Center. The camp fair is free to the public.

The Opportunity to Shine Program (TOPS) is a collaborative effort between United Way of Androscoggin County and the Libra Foundation. For Lewiston Public School students, the program provides up to $800 in scholarships to third- and fourth-graders and up to $1,000 in scholarships to fifth- and sixth-graders to attend a Maine summer camp of their choice.
