Your paper’s latest outrage cannot be tolerated. The comics page has dropped Mark Trail and Spiderman in one fell swoop. These are the two most conservative strips, of course, so the change is no great surprise. At the very least you should continue them until the end of the current story lines.

There’s an easy way out of this mess. Just drop the silly bridge and horoscope columns and cut the useless Encore section at least in half. Then you would have plenty of room for the old comics and lots of new ones.
