Recently, I attended a family member’s funeral and was part of the procession. In the short period of time during the procession, I witnessed people squeezing their vehicles between the procession’s cars to get through an intersection, running lights to try to beat the procession, and cutting the procession off just to turn into a parking lot.

I couldn’t believe my eyes. Are people in that much of a hurry that they would be so disrespectful?

I wonder how those motorists would feel if they were part of a procession and had it happen to them.

People should realize that life is too short to not be respectful to others, even if they don’t know those people.
