Sunday service
NORWAY – The 11 a.m. Sunday service at the First Universalist Church on Feb. 18 will be led by Bob Ries, member of the First Universalist Church of West Paris.
The church is located at 479 Main St. All are welcome.
Women to meet
PARIS – The Christian Women United will meet Tuesday, Feb. 20, at the First Congregational Church. Luncheon will be served at 11:30 a.m. The speaker will be Janet Littlefield from Hebron Academy. She will discuss her involvement on building an orphanage in Malawi, South Africa.
Those who have not been contacted and would like a reservation may call Pearl Anderson at 743-5724.
Society program
WEST PARIS – The Finnish-American Heritage Society of Maine will meet at 2 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 18, at the Heritage Center. There will be a brief business meeting. “The Battle of Song” from the Finnish national epic, “Kalevala,” will be the program. A coffee social will follow. The public is welcome.
