I am very disturbed about what happened to Lisbon High School student Tyler Clark. (Feb. 9) I do not know the young man, or his family, but I do feel strongly about his case.
A “clerical error?”
Somebody in the Lisbon or Lewiston school system did not do their job properly. The coach should backtrack the paper trail and see who made the error, then sing a song to the Maine Principal’s Association about giving that young man the opportunity he deserves.

Editor’s Note: On Jan. 31, the MPA upheld Clark’s athletic ineligibility stemming from the omission of his name from the Lewiston-Lisbon indoor track roster.
