PARIS – Two free workshops for anyone interested in starting a business are being offered in Paris from 9 a.m.-12 p.m. on March 1 and April 3, at Western Maine University and Community College.

The introductory workshops will walk participants through the pros and cons of owning a business, how to get started, point out the major elements of a business plan, introduce resources available in the Oxford County area and help a person decide if self employment is the right choice.
