AUBURN – Harriman Associates of Auburn and Portland, an architecture and engineering firm, announces the addition of four new design professionals.

Bertrand D. Chretien joins as an architectural drafter in the Auburn office. He holds an associate in applied science degree in architectural and civil engineering from Central Maine Community College. Prior to joining Harriman Associates, Bertrand held the position of senior estimator and designer at Moose Creek Log Homes in Turner. He is currently working on various projects for Shaw’s Supermarkets.

Duane H. Dorion has been hired as an architectural drafter. He holds a bachelor of science degree in construction management engineering technology from the University of Maine in Orono and an associate degree in architectural engineering from Norwalk State Technical College. Prior to joining Harriman Associates, Dorion held the position of project leader at Moose Creek Log Homes in Turner. He is currently working on a Cranston, R.I., Whole Foods retail project.

Scott C. Homer joins the Auburn office as a senior structural engineer. He holds a bachelor of science degree in engineering from the University of Connecticut. Prior to joining Harriman Associates, he was self-employed as a structural consultant. Homer is currently working on a new medical office building at Franklin Memorial Hospital.

Jeffery A. Weymouth has been hired as a testing and balancing technician in the Auburn office. He is a licensed electrician. Prior to joining Harriman Associates, he held the position of supervisor and project manager at a local construction company. Weymouth is currently working on commissioning projects for Bowdoin College in Brunswick and Exeter High School in Exeter, N.H.
