LEWISTON – Announcement is made of the engagement of Destiney Lemieux and Victor Montez Jr., both of Lewiston.

Miss Lemieux is the daughter of Raymond Lemieux of Lewiston and Denise Springer of Greenville, S.C. She is a 2000 graduate of St. Dominic Regional High School and is attending the University of Southern Maine, majoring in social and behavioral sciences.

Mr. Montez is the son of Victor Montez Sr. and Guadalupe Rivera of San Antonio, Texas. He is a 1985 graduate of Oliver Wendell Holmes High School in San Antonio and also attended San Antonio College. He is employed by the Auburn School Department.
