CHESTERVILLE – Russell and Doni Pratt of Turner are announcing the engagement of their daughter, Mary A. Pratt of Chesterville, to Edward H. Hastings IV of Chesterville, son of the late Edward “Bub” Hastings III and Gail Hastings.

Miss Pratt is a 2004 graduate of Thomas College, with a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice. She also attended the Maine Criminal Justice Academy and is a police officer for the town of Farmington.

Mr. Hastings is a 2003 graduate of Southern Maine Community College and also attended the Maine Criminal Justice Academy. He is also a police officer for the town of Farmington.

A June 30 wedding is planned.
