• Mark Steven Westberry, 43, of West Paris, March 2, operating with suspended registration, personal recognizance bail, Norway Police Department.
• Robert E. Graham, 56, of Rumford, March 3, violation of conditions of release, no bail listed as of March 5, Oxford County Sheriff’s Office.
• Lacey A. Drew, 19, of Lovell, March 3, probation hold, no bail listed as of March 5, State Police Department.
