Adam L. Conley, 34, of Carthage, on charges of gross sexual assault and unlawful sexual contact between June 1, 2005, and Jan. 1, 2006.

Matthew H. Decker, 28, previously of Farmington, now residing in Florida, violation of sex offender registration between Sept. 11, 2006, and Dec. 23, 2006.

Harold Dow, 42, of Strong, on two charges of sexual exploitation of a minor and and one count of possession of sexually explicit material between Sept. 1, 2006, and Oct. 31, 2006.

Brian R. Dustin, 28, of Strong, on charges of criminal operating under the influence and operating after suspension on Nov. 5, 2006.

Robert S. Florain, 34, of New Sharon, on two counts of aggravated assault and a charge of assault on Dec. 20, 2006.

Shawn M. Garland, 21, of Portland, on charges of eluding an officer and operating after suspension on Dec. 7, 2006.

William L. Griffin, 27, of Farmington, on a charge of aggravated cruelty to animals between Jan. 2 and Jan. 23.

Timothy C. Haley, 27, of Rangeley, on two counts of unlawful sexual touching or in the alternative assault on Oct. 15, 2006.

Douglas Hanson, 31, of Mount Vernon, on charges of trafficking in prison contraband and theft by unauthorized taking between Sept. 10, 2006, and Sept. 11, 2006.

Mark A. Harris, 48, of Temple, on a charge of terrorizing on Jan. 4.

Daniel M. Jackson, 25, of Farmington, on a charge of assault on Feb. 22.

Richard L. MacDaid II, 23, of Pittsfield, on two counts of reckless conduct and one count each of eluding an officer, passing a roadblock, criminal speed and driving to endanger on Jan. 1.

Travis Martin, 23, of Fairfield, on two counts of assault on an officer on March 5.

Jason D. Masterson, 32, of Embden, on charges of aggravated criminal trespass, assault and criminal mischief on March 4.

Michael Mears, 19, of Jay, on charges of aggravated criminal trespass, assault and criminal mischief on Jan. 24.

Steven Mears, 18, of Jay, on charges of aggravated criminal trespass, assault, criminal mischief, criminal operating under the influence, failure to stop for a police officer and operating without a license on Jan. 24.

David A. Moody, 38, of Augusta, on charges of robbery, possession of firearm by prohibited person and two counts of violation of condition of release on Dec. 20, 2006.

Ryan E. Muncey, 26, of Lewiston, on charges of operating after revocation and violation of condition of release on Nov. 12, 2006.

Bert Parent, also known as Nicholas Burgess, 38, of Farmington, on two counts of theft by unauthorized taking, and one charge each of assault on an officer, forgery and refusing to submit to arrest on Nov. 27, 2006.

Howard P. Parlin, 32, of Phillips, on charges of unlawful furnishing of schedule drugs, furnishing liquor to a minor and assault on Oct. 21, 2006.

David Peaslee, 61, of Strong, on charges of criminal operating under the influence, aggravated driving to endanger, and operating after suspension on July 11, 2006.

Curtis Sheridan, 27, of Saint Albans, on charges of unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs and operating after suspension on Dec. 10, 2006.

Victor J. Silva, 25, of Farmington, on charges of criminal threatening, reckless conduct and violation of condition of release on Nov. 8, 2006.
