HEBRON – Voters will hold their annual town meeting beginning at 10 a.m. Saturday at Hebron Station School.

A warrant for the meeting, released March 9, contains 59 articles for discussion.

People will choose candidates for seven town offices at the beginning of the meeting. The second article requires the appointment of a clerk for the ensuing year. There are also openings for selectman, treasurer/tax collector, road commissioner, two school board directors, and a trustee for the Moody Memorial Library.

Article Four asks voters to choose a five-person budget committee to serve for one year without pay. Article Six will determine the salaries of town officers, while Article 17 puts to vote whether the selectmen should be authorized to hire a part-time assistant at a salary of $12,000.

Residents will also debate whether the town will take over the maintenance of roads in the Cedar Spring development, Mineral Hills subdivision, and Hope Hill Estates subdivision.

Article 13 will determine whether a liquor license issued to Robert F. Bryant should be approved.

Most articles deal with funding for services and organizations, such as the Planning Board, Town Garage, and Oxford Hills Growth Council.
