WAYNE – Michael and Jeannine Woelkers of Bellingham, Wash., are announcing the engagement of their daughter, Sarah Woelkers of Seattle, Wash., to Jason Prescott of Seattle, Wash., son of Victor and Debbie Prescott of Wayne.

The future bride is a 1998 graduate of Brunswick High School and a 2002 graduate of Kenyon College in Gambier, Ohio. She is employed as a shipping manager at Martha E. Harris Florists in Seattle, Wash.

The future bridegroom is a 1998 graduate of Maranacook Community High School and a 2002 graduate of the Maine College of Art in Portland. He is employed as a jeweler at Shane Company in Seattle, Wash.

The couple will wed at 2 p.m. on April 28 on the beach at Emerald Isle in North Carolina.
