Franklin Memorial Hospital of Farmington is hosting a free public concert featuring Native Oak at 7 p.m. Thursday, March 22, in the Bass Room. Native Oak is a three-piece band that specializes in songs of harmony from the 1950s to 1980s as well as some original works. Band members are Bill Colwell, lead singer and mandolin; Randy Gauvin, middle harmony and guitar; and Paul Soucie, who plays bass and sings high harmony.
