This is in response to recent letters about driving.
When I first got my driver’s license, years ago, I was told never to “overdrive” myself. I lost my license for 10 years because I have a mental illness, but got it back a year ago. I’m an inexperienced driver, but I also have enough respect for the law so that I don’t go over the speed limit. And, no, I’m not a senior citizen.
I asked a police officer if people ever get a ticket for driving 5 miles per hour under the speed limit, and he said, “seldom.”
