NEWRY – Michele Perejda, a licensed Realtor, has joined Sunday River Real Estate.

Previously, Perejda worked at Hunneman Coldwell-Banker in Cohasset, Mass., and Badger Realty and RE/MAX Presidential in North Conway, N.H. She holds real estate licenses in New Hampshire, Massachusetts and Maine, and is a graduate of the University of Southern Maine.

Perejda is a certified ski instructor and enjoys gardening, bicycling and volunteering in the community. Her son, Matt, attends Gould Academy in Bethel and is an avid ski racer.
