Seniors to meet

MONMOUTH – The Golden Years Senior Citizens Club will meet Wednesday, April 4, at the Packard Activity Center, United Church basement, for a noon potluck luncheon. Plans for the coming year will be discussed. All senior citizens are welcome.

LEWISTON – The Lewiston-Auburn Bridge Club winners of the quarterly club championship game at the Multi-Purpose Center on March 27 were: first, Linda Leotsakos and Jan Arey; second/third tie, Luke Merry and Mike Quinn with Patricia Garcia and David Lock; fourth, Nancy Lindgren and Les Buzzell; first in B, Patricia Quinn and Mary Leahey.

Winners of the quarterly club championship game at Schooner Estates in Auburn on March 28 were: first, Les Buzzell and John Hackett; second, Rosemarie Goodwin and Larry Fortier; third, Martine Begert and Patricia Garcia; first in B, Luke Merry and Ron Cote.

Games are played at 9 a.m. Tuesdays and 6:30 p.m. Wednesdays and a partner is guaranteed. Call Rosemarie at 783-1734 for information about all duplicate bridge games.
