PHIPPSBURG – The wedding of Marissa Leeman and Jason Tardif was held July 15 at Tottman’s Cove in Phippsburg. Jerry Tardif, notary public, officiated at the ceremony.

Mrs. Tardif is the daughter of Richard Leeman of Litchfield and the late Michelle Leeman. Mr. Tardif is the son of Jerry and Pauline Tardif of Sabattus.

The bride, given in marriage by her father, wore a fitted lace corset gown with beaded bodice and skirt and beaded lace train. She carried a bouquet of various pink roses with white stephanotis.

Kara Bubier was maid of honor for her friend, and bridesmaids were Crystal Sargent and Jana Jacobs, friends.

Serving as best man was a cousin, Brandon Tardif, and ushers were Justin Tardif, brother, and Matthew Bedard, cousin.

A reception followed at Sebasco Harbor Resort in Sebasco Estates, after which the couple traveled to Lake Win. They are residing in Sabattus in their new home.

The bride is a 2000 graduate of Oak Hill High School and received her bachelor’s degree in nursing from the University of Maine. She is employed at Maine Research Associates in Auburn.

The bridegroom is a 1997 graduate of Oak Hill High School and a 1999 graduate of Southern Maine Technical College with a degree in culinary arts. He is banquet chef at the Harraseeket Inn in Freeport.
