Low altitude military flights concern many of us. We need a fact-based assessment and discussion. It would seem wise to conduct a worst-case trial for the jets, with the most aggressive manuevers, at lowest altitude, for the longest potential duration with the largest number of aircraft.

Those on the ground would document, including video/sound, and publish effects on pets, farms, towns, offices, gatherings and visitors. Then hold town meetings promptly in the towns affected where the evidence would be presented, including any video/sound recordings and citizen and visitor comments.

Evidence from the town meetings should be documented and published in local and regional media, with copies to state and federal officials.

That will provide relevant facts and reduce spurious notions – noise – from the discussion.
