LEWISTON – Spring cleanup collections are available only to current residential trash collection customers. Owner-occupied three-unit apartment buildings are considered residential properties by the city and occupants can leave trash out for spring clean up if they are city customers. Apartment buildings with more than three units are not eligible. The type of apartment units was incorrectly reported on Monday’s B1 of the City edition.
