• Justin Linwood Ross, 30, Otis, tampering with a witness, assault, forgery, theft, April 10, $5,000 unsecured bail for court appearance May 25, Franklin County Sheriff’s Department.

• Phillip Duane Smith, 32, Jay, assault, April 10, $3,000 unsecured bail for court appearance May 24, Jay Police Department.

FARMINGTON – The following arrests were recorded recently at the Franklin County Detention Center:

• Gerald Wayne Gilman, 59, Norridgewock, driving after suspension, $3,000 unsecured bail for court appearance June 29, Franklin County Sheriff’s Department.

• Bill Jordan, 40, Kingfield, probation violation, April 12, no bail posted as of April 13, Farmington Police Department.

• Christopher Prior, 18, Farmington, violation of conditions of release April 13, no bail posted as of April 13, UMF Police and Security.
