BETHEL – The wedding of Sarah Lynn MacKenzie and Paul Marc Kedzierski was held at 4 p.m. on Dec. 16 at the Bethel Inn. Jessica Cornwall, friend of the couple, officiated at the ceremony.
Mrs. Kedzierski is the daughter of William and Lisa MacKenzie of Lewiston. Mr. Kedzierski is the son of Yvonne Kedzierski of Cape Town, South Africa, and the late Antoni Kedzierski.
The bride, given in marriage by her father, wore a princess-style gown of royal satin in ivory and wine, with off-the-shoulder neckline with bead work and a semi-Cathedral train. She carried a bouquet of red roses and ivory Calla lilies, which are native to South Africa. A hand-made Swarovski crystal tiara supported her veil.
A sister of the bride, Heather Casavant, was matron of honor, and bridesmaids were Leslie Rocheleau, cousin of the bride, and Rebecca Morin, friend of the bride.
Marc Kedzierski was best man for his brother, and Kirk MacKenzie, brother of the bride, was usher.
A reception followed at the Bethel Inn. The couple honeymooned at Disney World in March. They are residing in Lewiston.
The bride is a 2000 graduate of Lewiston High School and a 2004 graduate of the University of Maine at Farmington. She is employed at John F. Murphy Homes.
The bridegroom is a 1996 graduate of Cape College and is currently attending Andover College for a degree in criminal justice. He is a member of the Army National Guard and is employed part-time at Planet Fitness.
