LEWISTON – Fred and Karen Royer of Lewiston are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Kristi Royer of Portland, to Joe Ouellette of Portland, son of Louise Ouellette of Lewiston and the late Gary Ouellette.

A June wedding will be held in Boothbay Harbor.
