OXFORD – The Mollyockett Chorus will hold free Guest Nights from 6:30 to 9 p.m. Tuesdays, May 1 and 8, at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, Skeetfield Road.

The chorus rehearses each Tuesday night to learn the basics of vocal production, proper breathing and interpretation of a wide variety of traditional and popular songs in a capella, four-part barbershop harmony.

It is the local chapter of an international organization of more than 6,000 women singers. The Mollyockett Chorus has performed locally in their own shows and with the Hillsmen and Downeasters men’s barbershop choruses.
