MEXICO – The following incidents were reported by Mexico police. All court appearances will be at 11th District Court, Northern Oxford Division, Rumford.

Arrests

• Heath L. Bernard, 30, Orchard Street, Mexico, operating after suspension, at 9:30 p.m., April 3. He was released from the Mexico Police Department on $200 cash bail. He is scheduled to appear in court June 5.

• Gail MacKenzie, 65, Cumberland Street, Rumford, theft by unauthorized taking, at 6:18 p.m. April 5 at Wal-Mart. She was released from the Mexico Police Department on $300 unsecured bail. She is scheduled to appear in court June 5.

• Melissa A. Jodrey, 34, Roxbury Road, Mexico, domestic assault, at 4:37 p.m. April 11. She was released from the Mexico Police Department on $300 unsecured bail. She is scheduled to appear in court on May 1.

Accident

• A 1997 Ford 1997 pickup truck driven by Lauretta Taylor, 46, Bryant Pond, sustained $5,000 damage at 2:28 p.m., April 13, on River Road. She was arrested on charges of operating under the influence and operating after suspension and transported to Oxford County Jail. She is scheduled to appear in court June 5.
