What is exciting, educational, and fun for everyone? A science fair is exactly what Trinity Catholic School had in mind on Tuesday, April 10, when the Trinity 8th graders filled the gym with their innovative and interesting projects. Throughout the day there were two exhibitions in the gymnasium, one in the afternoon for the seventh and sixth graders, and one in the evening for the parents.
The sixth and seventh graders eagerly filed into the gym Tuesday afternoon to see the projects. Most were very impressed with the colorful and exciting displays, which ranged from exhibits about the human body to lava lamps! The 8th graders did a great job of explaining the more complicated projects to the younger students, and everyone left school that day a little bit smarter.
After an exhausting afternoon, most of the 8th grade students headed back to school at six o’clock for the Parents’ Exhibition. Almost everyone was there, and the parents had a great time viewing all of the students’ projects and talking with each other. Everyone who went that night had a great time, whether they were taking a Colorology quiz or eating cotton candy from one student’s project, and nobody left feeling bored.
